Stress Research Network
Stress Research Institute is the coordinator for the "Swedish Stress Research Network" founded in 2001. The members – about 60 altogether – consist of different research groups in the field of stress and psychosocial health from an epidemiological and psychosomatic perspective and related national authorities all around Sweden.
Tasks for the Stress Research Network
The main purpose of the network is to promote collaboration between the members and to act as a scientific and multidiciplinary platform for consensus in various matters e.g. terminology, definitions and diagnostics. The network also coordinates the activities carried out by the members such as research projects and education programs.
The Network Board
A specific Stress Research Network Board has been elected, in order to conduct the operational work of the network and to plan and organize the annual Stress Research Congress for the members in order to meet and discuss scientific issues.
